REFUND POLICY

At UPGRADED WELL, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and excellent customer service. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.

If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a refund within 3 days of receiving your shipment. To be eligible for a refund, please contact our customer service team and provide us with:

  • Your order confirmation number
  • Photos showing the condition of the returned items
  • An explanation of why you are requesting a refund

Once we have received your return request, we will process it within 2-3 business days. Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method.

Please note:

  • Refunds are only available on orders returned within 3 days of delivery.
  • Items must be in original condition with tags still attached.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Custom or personalized items are not eligible for returns/refunds.

If your return is accepted, you will receive a full refund for the cost of the item(s). Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after the return is received and inspected.
